Dad, I can’t even explain the pain and sadness I am feeling. We will all miss you so, so much. You have been an amazing father- you would do anything for me. William & Sofia are so lucky to have had a Papa like you – we truly cherish all the wonderful memories we had together. I will never forget the day of my wedding – the happiest I have ever seen you & Mom. Now that you are both reunited, you can share that happiness again together. I love you, Dad and I will keep strong and cherish you forever. I know you are looking down on me – I will always be your little girl. Love you so, so much xoxoxo

    A father and his son
    Are inexplicably bound,
And that bond isn’t severed just
    Because Dad’s no longer around.

A son remembers his father’s words,
    His wisdom and his wit.
There’s never a day that ever goes by,
When a son doesn’t find a use for it.

And this is how the father lives on
Inside the heart of his son.
    Although they were parted
In this way, the two will always live as one.

Dad, your guiding hand will always be on my shoulder when i need you.
This is not a goodbye (cya after 😉
You can now rest with mommy.

    Love you very much Dad!
    ~Sean

I have lived across the street from Bob for 30 years.
Whenever I looked out the kitchen window I would see him working on his car, sprucing up his yard or just relaxing on his porch sipping coffee. All seemed to be peaceful and well with the world. I will miss those views and our neighbourly conversations. I know that he dearly missed his wife and I hope we can someday be neighbours again.
