John was such a gentle and caring man who was loved by everyone who met him. He will be so dearly missed but never forgotten. I am so blessed to have been part of your life and we were able to shared so many special times together especially on vacations where you were always the toast of the town. I love you Papa John, your spirit will love on through your children and grand children. My prayers go out to my wife Deborah Shugan-Krahn and the entire Shugan family during this most difficult time. I wish I could do more to help ease your pain and sorrow.
    R.I.P.

    Love Gerald
